What a Weekend !!!

Hey all....hope your weekend was a incredible as mine !!
Dear husband and I took the three kids camping all weekend. We left right after work on Friday and stayed until Sunday. The weather was absolutely perfect too !! We thought the family could use some peaceful outdoors time....time spent together and not cooped up in the house. It was really great to get away from all the household frustrations.
The kids did really well getting along (for the most part). By Sunday the oldest and the youngest were getting pretty irritable. Drama Queen (Montana) was ready for a long shower and makeup...that's a teenager for ya.....and Skyler was tired of being hot and sweaty and being "touched" by bugs !!! Skyler on Sunday went from "Don't ever ask me to go camping again" to "I want to go back and do some more fishing" once he was in the car 15 minutes or so in the AC. He does not tolerate heat well at all. He does not like to be touched when he is in one of his moods either....hence the freaking out whenever a bug "touched" him. LOL.....it cracks me up now....a bug "touching" you when camping...that is like my husband complaining about the coffee smell when we walk into a coffee shop.....hello! Side note: Husband does not like coffee or the smell...and would not go to a coffee shop without it being for me...in his defense...heh heh.
So, the point is we got through the weekend....alive and without too many bumps and bruises...a few red faces and backs maybe (Might I add this was from when Dad took the kids to the swimming hole and did not reapply the sunscreen like mom ALWAYS does).....I had to make sure ya'll knew that......
